Services of Monarchia Park

• Reception:
  Our staff is at your service in German, English and Hungarian languages at the reception from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00 p.m. If anyone arrives after 6 o’clock in the afternoon, we kindly ask our guests to notify us about it by phone, because we are placing the keys in the apartment in such a case.
• Payment methods:
  In Monarchia Park, you can pay in cash and Maestro, Visa or Mastercard cards are also accepted.
• Monarchia Park, the child-friendly Apartment Village:
  We would like to make the stay at Monarchia Park more comfortable even for families with children. Upon prior request, cots, high chairs and baby baths can be placed into the apartments free of charge.
• Parking:
  One parking lot per apartment type „A” and two per type “B” are provided for the guests.
• Check-in, check-out:
  Check-in to apartments of Monarchia Park can be done from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out must be until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
• Early check-in, late check-out:
  We recommend early check-in or late check-out for those guests who would like to ski even on the first day but do not want to change clothes in the ski storage room, or would like to get ready comfortably in the apartment after spending also the last day with skiing and put their things into the car only after having a shower.
  Early check-in can be requested and guaranteed if there is no prior or subsequent reservation on the day of arrival or departure.
  Early check-in can be requested not earlier than on the afternoon of the day before arrival and late check-out on the afternoon of the day before departure. In case of a confirmed early check-in, the earliest arrival time is 12:00 o’clock in the morning while in case of late check-out, the latest time of departure is 5 p.m.
• Half board:
  Monarchia Park also offers half board. For the smooth organization, please send your request concerning this two weeks before your arrival. We can also fulfil individual needs and provide full board for group of friends or company workmates. The chef of the apartment village has wide knowledge of different food allergies and special diets therefore the perfect and diet-friendly meal is guaranteed for our guests at us.
• Bread in the morning in the apartments:
  Guests of the apartment village have the opportunity to order wholemeal bread, Kaisersemmel or Kornspitz for breakfast until 4 pm daily, which you will find directly at your apartment door between 7.30 am and 8 am.
• Wifi:
  Free WiFi is provided throughout the whole area of Monarchia Park.
• Smoking:
  Since Monarchia Park is a family oriented and child-friendly resort, smoking is prohibited in the apartments.
• Travel cancellation insurance:
• Optimal protection for the unexpected and unforeseen events before or during the travel. Can be taken out online, with or without travel insurance.
