Collection and storage of personal data and the method and purpose of their use
When you visit our website www.monarchiapark.at your computer is sending certain information automatically to our website. The following information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file:

Online booking through our website
Online booking is also available through our website. In case you use our online booking option, data in connection with the booking are forwarded and stored in accordance with the law. These data are the following: salutation, first name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, address of residence, the number and age of the guests, the planned date of arrival and departure, other requests, method of payment, the exact time and date when the booking was sent.
If you send your booking on our online website, we receive it through the system of onepagebooking.com, which was programmed for us by HotelNetSolutions Ltd. (8 Genthiner Str., 10785 Berlin, Germany).
In order to carry out the payment liability related to your booking, you can choose from the following methods of payment: bank transfer, payment by debit or credit card, or immediate transfer. To be able to carry out these payments, we use payment sites deployed by independent service companies, however, in all cases data are forwarded and stored encrypted in accordance with the law.
Social Media Plugins
Our website uses social media plugins from Facebook, Twitter and Google+ to promote our company's activities and increase reaching us. For the time being, these are blocked previously by Shariff, so that no data re identified or transmitted. The first click on the button activates it, and only the second click sets the desired action (e.g. "Like").
Once you activate the data transmission by the first click, you data are transferred automatically to the respective platform, regardless of whether you have an account, or you are logged in or not. For this, click on the button if you agree with the data transmission. The platforms also use the data for their own purposes, such as for advertising, market research or tailor-made design of their own pages. For this purpose, the provider in question creates usage, interest and relationship profiles. We cannot influence this.
