Skipass Discounts

Skicards Action Family Days:

  • Early and post season: children up to the age of 15 ski for free when accompanied by a parent (offer valid for ski passes with minimum validity für 2 days)! Informations about more actions you can find at our Reception.

Additional costs on the spot:
  • Sheets (bed linen, 1 hand-& bath towel): € 16,00 per person / set
  • Change of towels: € 6,00 per person
  • Local tax: € 2,50 per person / night (over 16 years)
  • Final cleaning (no daily cleaning): * € 119,00 Type „A“ I € 199,00 Type “B“ (cleaning of the dishes not included EUR 50,00 extra, if it isn’t done) * by a stay of 7 or more nights, there is a free change of the towels
Cancellation conditions
Cancellation policy:
  • Free cancellation is available 36 days before,
  • From 35 days to 21 days before your arrival 40 % of the total invoice amount is charged,
  • From 20 days to 11 days before your arrival 75 % of the total invoice amount is charged,
  • From 10 days to 0 days before your arrival or no-show 100 % of the total invoice amount is charged,
  • If your departure is earlier than you booked also 100 % will be charged.

We recommend you get travel cancellation insurance!

Important information for guests

Minimum stay:

  • 3 nights
  • 6 nights minimum stay, if it incl. new year's eve (arrival between 26-31.12.2025)
  • 6 nights minimum stay in period „HS”

Deposit:

  • type A € 100,00,
  • type B € 200,00.
  • Deposit is to pay in cash by the arrival.

Check-in/-out:

  • Check-In: from 4:00 p.m.
  • Check-Out: until 10:00 a.m.
  • EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT: EUR 100,00 / type A, EUR 200,00 / type B (on request and after confirmation from 12:00 till 17:00)

Cancellation Insurance:

  • In addition to the cancellation insurance, the Hotelstorno Plus offers additional help and support for your hotel stay of up to 31 days - such as a break in your trip, an involuntary holiday extension and a mountain emergency. Especially for the protection of your hotel stay, we recommend the Hotelstorno Plus.
