- Free cancellation is available 36 days before,
- From 35 days to 21 days before your arrival 40 % of the total invoice amount is charged,
- From 20 days to 11 days before your arrival 75 % of the total invoice amount is charged,
- From 10 days to 0 days before your arrival or no-show 100 % of the total invoice amount is charged,
- If your departure is earlier than you booked also 100 % will be charged.

Minimum stay:
- 3 nights
- 6 nights minimum stay between 27.12.2024 - 06.01.2024, if it incl. new year's eve (arrival between 27-31.12.2022)
- 6 nights minimum stay in period „HS”
Deposit:
- type A € 100,00,
- type B € 200,00.
- Deposit is to pay in cash by the arrival.
Check-in/-out:
- Check-In: from 4:00 p.m.
- Check-Out: until 10:00 a.m.
- EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT: EUR 100,00 / type A, EUR 200,00 / type B (on request and after confirmation from 12:00 till 17:00)
